Who handles refunds
Fylnest is provided by ARKHV Group (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/230380/07), 7 Ravenscraig Road, Woodstock, Cape Town, 7925, South Africa. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refund policy
All refund requests are handled by Paddle under the Paddle refund policy, which applies to every Fylnest purchase. We do not offer refunds beyond it. Fylnest gives you access to your plan as soon as you pay.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded, including withdrawal rights in the EU, EEA and UK and under South Africa’s Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, where they apply.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. You won’t be charged again.
