1. Who you’re dealing with
Fylnest is provided by ARKHV Group (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/230380/07), 7 Ravenscraig Rd, Woodstock, Cape Town, 7925, South Africa. By using the website, the waiting list or the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Early access
Fylnest is being prepared for launch. Features may change, and early access may be limited or paused. Joining the waiting list doesn’t guarantee access by a particular date.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at hello@fylnest.com if you think your account has been misused. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your team.
4. Your files
Your files remain yours. You give us only the permission we need to store, transfer and display them so the service works for you and the people you share with. You’re responsible for having the right to store and share what you send, and for who you send links to.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our acceptable use policy. In short: don’t use Fylnest to share anything illegal, infringe anyone’s rights, distribute malware, harass people, or try to break, overload or get around the security of the service. We may suspend links or accounts that break these rules and, where required, report illegal content.
6. Paid plans
Pricing hasn’t been announced. When paid plans launch, checkout and billing will be handled by Paddle as merchant of record, and the price and billing terms will be shown before you pay.
7. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Fylnest running, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Files on your own drive depend on your computer and connection. Keep your own backups. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other laws that can’t be excluded.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Fylnest at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
9. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If we change them, we’ll update the date above and tell you about important changes. Questions: hello@fylnest.com.
