You may not use Fylnest to

• store or share anything illegal, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities;
• share content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights you don’t hold;
• distribute malware, viruses, or phishing or scam content;
• harass, threaten, defame or invade the privacy of others, or share someone’s personal information without a lawful basis;
• promote violence, terrorism or hatred;
• send spam or use links for unsolicited bulk messaging;
• break, probe, overload or get around the security, rate limits or access controls of the service, or access accounts, drives or links that aren’t yours;
• resell or provide the service to others in a way we haven’t agreed to in writing.

Upload links and shared links

If you create a “Send us stuff” upload link, you’re responsible for who you give it to and for what is uploaded into your folder. If you receive a share link, use the files only as the sender allows.

What we do about misuse

We may turn off links, remove content from Fylnest cloud, or suspend or close accounts that break this policy, with notice where reasonable, and we may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
